So here’s the first in our “Meet the Team posts” and an introduction to our Litigation Executive, Yasmin Ishrat.
Yasmin has worked with Marley Solicitors Bamber Bridge since 2018 but her law experience started much before that. Initially she worked as a legal receptionist for a firm in Bolton. Here she was quickly promoted to legal secretary, before moving on to become PA to one of the personal injury solicitors there. This resulted in her becoming a paralegal before moving on to become a litigation executive as she is today.
And outside of work…
Another local girl, it was exciting to move to Marley’s in Bamber Bridge, a firm much closer to home. And home is Yas’s hobby when she isn’t in work. Yasmin renovated her house in 2018 where she turned her hand to as much of the work as she could herself. Becoming a dab hand at many elements including tiling and joinery. In contrast, she is also an accomplished seamstress making her own outfits for special occasions and events.
